本刊讯记者俊明报道日前,湖南省安全生产监督管理局和省财政厅联合制定了《湖南省生产经营单位安全生产风险抵押金管理暂行办法》。其目的是为贯彻落实国务院和湖南省政府有关文件精神,落实安全生产责任制,提高全员安全生产意识,保障人民群众生命和财产安全,建立安全生产长效机制,加强对生产经营单位安全生产风险抵押金管理。
Our correspondent Jun Ming reported Recently, the Hunan Provincial Production Safety Supervision Administration and the Provincial Department of Finance jointly formulated the Interim Measures for the Administration of Security Deposits for Production Safety Risk in Hunan Province.
