——航运成本上升,运价上扬。受海湾战争预期影响,燃油价格从去年四季度起进入上升通道。据中远集运公司总裁许立荣介绍,燃油价已从去年11月时的每吨128美元,升至目前的200多美元,升幅超过40％。由于燃油在航运中所占成本达30％,燃油价格大幅上升使航运业界难以承受,已开始征收燃油附加费;同时,已经开征的战争险,使航运公司成本再次上扬。目前停靠迪拜港的货船,增收的保险费为船价的0.1％,以中海为例,进入波斯湾的船为30多艘,每周要多支出保险费约24万美元;再加之绕道运输,目前从亚洲至中东的箱子运费,一般每个已
