无障碍设施建设,是以人为本的现代文明理念的重要体现,也是物质文明和精神文明的集中体现,对提高人的素质,培养全民公共道德意识,创建和谐社会具有非常重要的意义。本文旨在通过对城市旅游景区无障碍环境设施建设问题的系统研究,分析旅游景区无障碍设施与城市文明形象之间的关系,并提出一些相关建议,以期在和谐社会的城市建设中形成“无障碍”的氛围,实实在在地确立以人为本的理念,期盼能够对城市文明形象的创建与提升有所启示。
The construction of barrier-free facilities is an important manifestation of the concept of modern civilization based on human beings. It is also a concentrated embodiment of material civilization and spiritual civilization. It is of great significance to improving people’s quality, cultivating the public awareness of public morality and creating a harmonious society. The purpose of this paper is to systematically study the barrier-free environmental facilities in urban tourist attractions, analyze the relationship between barrier-free facilities in tourist attractions and the image of urban civilization, and put forward some relevant suggestions in order to form a “ Barrier-free ”atmosphere, to truly establish the concept of people-oriented, looking forward to the creation of urban civilization image and inspiration.
