为了更好地指导在大型锻件生产中修复孔隙性缺陷 ,文章采用大量的物理模拟实验研究了 2 0MnMo钢内部孔隙性缺陷在高温保温时自修复过程。根据自修复过程中的组织变化现象 ,解释了孔隙性缺陷自修复过程。研究得出再结晶是孔隙性缺陷孔隙消失的主要原因 ,为在生产中制定合理的修复裂纹工艺和提高大型锻件质量给出了指导原则
In order to better guide the repair of porous defects in the production of large forgings, a large number of physical simulation experiments were carried out to study the self-healing process of internal porosity defects in 20MnMo steel at high temperature. According to the phenomenon of tissue change during the self-healing process, the self-healing process of porosity defects is explained. It is concluded that recrystallization is the main reason for the disappearance of voids in porosity defects and provides guidelines for establishing a reasonable process of repairing cracks and improving the quality of large forgings in production
