目的考察硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法将60例2型糖尿病且合并DPN的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,对照组采用硫辛酸联合前列地尔进行治疗,对照组单独采用弥可保进行治疗,于1疗程(15d)后进行疗效对比分析。结果治疗组的有效率为86.7%,对照组的有效率为70.0%,组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组患者的踝反射的抑制检出率与10g尼龙丝压力觉检测平均压力觉异常点数与治疗前比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较也有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组,两组患者神经传导速度均较治疗前有明显增加(P<0.05),但治疗组增加更显著,增加幅度组间比较具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸联合前列地尔应用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可有效缓解DPN临床症状,疗效较弥可保单药治疗更优,疗效良好,值得在临床中进一步推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lipoic acid combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with alprostadil treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of DPN, the effect is better than Mi Kebao single drug treatment, good effect, it is worth further promotion in clinical application.
