本文观察了山莨菪碱(654—2)对免肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。在夹闭双侧肾蒂1h再灌注24h的动物,肾功能和肾超微结构均出现显著的损害,肾静脉血中脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量显著升高。在缺血再灌注前1h,静脉注射654—2,肾脏损伤显著减轻,且静脉血LPO含量与缺血前相比无显著差异,但与生理盐水+夹闭对照组相比则有显著差异(P<0.05)。提示654—2可减轻肾缺血再灌注损伤和减少自由基引发的脂质过氧化反应。
This article observed the protective effect of anisodamine (654-2) on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury. In animals with bilateral unilateral pedicle clamped for 1 h and 24 h, renal function and ultrastructure of the kidneys were significantly impaired, and the content of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in renal venous blood was significantly increased. After 1h of ischemia-reperfusion, intravenous injection of 6542-2 significantly reduced renal injury, and there was no significant difference in venous blood LPO content compared with pre-ischemia, but there was a significant difference compared with normal saline plus clipping control group ( P<0.05). Tip 654.2 can reduce renal ischemia reperfusion injury and reduce free radical-induced lipid peroxidation.
