目的 观察益肾醒脑针法治疗血管性痴呆 (VD)的临床疗效.方法 将患者随机分为针刺组 36例和对照组 32例 ,针刺组针刺主穴肾俞、膈俞、百会 ,对照组口服喜德镇 ,均治疗 1个疗程后评定疗效.结果 针刺组和对照组均可显著提高MMSE量表评分 (P“,”Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of treating VD with kidney-supplementing & mind-clearing acupuncture method. Method Thirty-six cases of acupuncture group and thirty-two cases of control group were divided at random, with the acupuncture on acupoints including Shenshu, Geshu and Baihui in treatment group, along with taking Hydergine in control group, and then the curative effects had been evaluated after one treatment course.Result Both the acupuncture group and the control group could markedly increase the marks of MMSE measurement meter(P<0.001), reduce the marks of BDS measurement meter (P<0.001), but the acupuncture group appeared a much better effect(P<0.05)and the whole effective rate of acupuncture group was markedly superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion With marked curative effect in treating vascular dementia, the kidney-supplementing & mind-clearing acupuncture method could obviously improve the mental disturbance of the patients as well as increase their social living ability.
