为了提高培训的针对性和有效性,本文指出在培训体系中实施业务部门、人事部门和培训部门三方联动的机制。通过对培训现状的剖析揭示了三方联动的必要性和意义,从三方联动机制的基本要素、核心内涵、表现形式三个方面进行分析,进而阐明了三方联动机制,为在培训体系中进一步研究和运用三方联动机制奠定了理论基础。
In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training, this paper points out the mechanism of the tripartite linkage between the business department, personnel department and training department in the training system. Through analyzing the status quo of training, it reveals the necessity and significance of the tripartite linkage, analyzes the basic elements, the core connotation and the manifestations of the tripartite linkage mechanism, and then clarifies the tripartite linkage mechanism to further study in the training system and The use of tripartite linkage mechanism laid the theoretical foundation.
