The artists who can really claim to be “masters” all have profound cultural background and unique personality. Therefore, innovation is the only way for artists to succeed. Xi Guang (Jian Guang) is a specially appointed painter in our college and my academic friend. I am always proud of having such a student. With his profound traditional knowledge and extraordinary wisdom, he won the praise of his peers.
