针对目前小型割草压扁机拨禾轮拨草效果不良、损失率较高的问题,设计并研究了一种适用于手扶山地割草压扁机的拨禾轮装置。通过对割草压扁机拨禾轮运动轨迹的分析,确定了其主要技术参数:拨禾轮速比为3.17,直径为500 mm,转速为121 r/min,拨禾节距为165 mm,均符合拨禾轮的作业要求。在此基础上,对设计的两种拨禾轮进行了田间对比试验,结果表明:偏心式拨禾轮的平均回带损失率为1.26%,而压板式拨禾轮的平均回带损失率为4.46%,因此,偏心式拨禾轮较压板式拨禾轮更适合于手扶山地割草压扁机的作业。
Aiming at the problem of poor culling efficiency and high loss rate of the small mowing and squaring machine at present, a reel and reel device suitable for mowing and cutting the grass in the hand-held mountainous area was designed and studied.
