采用搅拌球磨对锌焙砂中浸渣(中浸渣)进行机械活化,研究机械活化对中浸渣的物化性质以及在硫酸溶液中溶解动力学的影响。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、激光粒度分析仪和比表面积分析仪,分析活化前后中浸渣的晶体结构、表观形貌、粒度和比表面积的变化规律。结果表明:机械活化使中浸渣的物化性质发生明显改变。以锌的浸出率为评价指标,浸出实验结果表明:机械活化可显着提高中浸渣的反应活性。经机械活化30和60min后,中浸渣在硫酸中溶解的表观活化能由未活化时的56.6kJ/mol分别降至36.1kJ/mol和29.9kJ/mol。未活化、活化30min和60min的中浸渣相对于硫酸浓度的表观反应级数分别为0.34、0.30和0.29。
The effect of mechanical activation on the physico-chemical properties of mid-leach residue and the kinetics of dissolution in sulfuric acid solution was investigated by using a stirred ball mill. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, laser particle size analyzer and specific surface area analyzer were used to analyze the crystal structure, apparent morphology, particle size and specific surface area of the leached residue before and after activation. The results show that the physical and chemical properties of mid-leached residue change significantly after mechanical activation. Taking the leaching rate of zinc as the evaluation index, the leaching experiment results show that the mechanical activation can significantly improve the reactivity of middle leaching residue. After mechanical activation for 30 and 60 min, the apparent activation energy of dissolution of middle leachate in sulfuric acid decreased from 56.6 kJ / mol to 36.1 kJ / mol and 29.9 kJ / mol respectively. The apparent reaction order of the unbleached, activated 30min and 60min medium leachate relative to the concentration of sulfuric acid were 0.34, 0.30 and 0.29, respectively.
