目的:探讨呼吸道过敏性疾病患者的主要过敏原类型,为避免接触过敏原、预防和减少疾病复发提供教育干预措施。方法:应用生物共振技术经指端皮肤信息点检测共282例呼吸道过敏性疾病患者。其中过敏性鼻炎97例,哮喘53例,哮喘同时合并鼻炎74例,变应性咳嗽58例。结果:99.29%的患者找到过敏原,所有患者都对吸入类过敏原过敏,其中螨虫过敏者占90%,吸入类合并其他类型占14.29%。结论:呼吸道过敏性疾病的过敏原以吸入类为主,而螨虫为主要过敏原。因此,呼吸道过敏性疾病患者应特别注意环境卫生。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the major allergen types in patients with allergic respiratory diseases and to provide educational interventions to prevent allergen exposure and prevent and reduce the recurrence of diseases. METHODS: A total of 282 patients with allergic respiratory diseases were examined with biofeedback via the information point of the fingertip skin. 97 cases of allergic rhinitis, 53 cases of asthma, asthma in 74 cases with concurrent rhinitis, 58 cases of allergic cough. Results: Allergens were found in 99.29% of the patients. All patients were allergic to inhaled allergens, of which 90% were allergic to mites and 14.29% were other inhaled ones. Conclusion: Allergens of respiratory allergic diseases are mainly inhaled, while mites are the major allergens. Therefore, patients with allergic respiratory diseases should pay special attention to environmental health.
