各省(自治区、直辖市)拍卖行业协会、有关拍卖企业:第九期拍卖师(证书号为0902295至0902615)到2006年6月30日执业已满五年,应换发新的《中华人民共和国拍卖师执业资格证书》并进行年检注册。一、拍卖师申报第九期拍卖师换发新证及年检注册,仍按照《拍卖师执业资格年检程序》(中拍协字[2005]第8号文件)规定的程序办理。拍卖师应于2006年5月20日前,将年检材料报送所在省(自治区、直辖市)拍卖行业协会(以下简称地方拍协)进行初审。未成立地方拍协的省(自治区、直辖市),拍卖师可将年检材料以邮寄方式于2006年5月20日前,报
