汶川地震给国人带来了空前灾难,也使国人的精神得以净化和升华。其间,新闻传媒发挥的重要作用有目共睹。从总体上可以说,各类媒体围绕地震所展开的报道,凸显“以人为本”的理念,及时地、持续地刊播灾情,所提供的信息立体而透明,诸多新闻人排除艰险与困难在抗震第一线恪尽职守,媒体及其从业者的表现委实可圈可点。新闻人以自己的不朽业绩,给今人以思想启迪,也给后人留下了精神财富。说不完、道不尽的汶川地震报道实践,值得新闻学人和媒体从业者从学理的角度加以观照、论析。这里是我的几位学生和几位媒体工作者的笔谈,字里行间流露的锐思一定有相当的参考价值。

Having said that, the endless practice of Wenchuan Earthquake reportedly deserves journalism and media practitioners’ attention from the angle of academic study.
