本文首先叙述了快速扫描分光计在科学研究中的作用和意义。介绍了三种主要类型的快速扫描分光计和三种记录显示系统,并对它们的优缺点进行了比较。初步分析了用扫描轮移动中间狭缝的快扫描分光计的非线性扫描对波长定标的影响。
This paper first describes the role and significance of rapid scanning spectroscopy in scientific research. Three main types of fast scanning spectrometers and three recording display systems are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are compared. The influence of nonlinear scanning of fast scanning spectrometer with scanning wheel to move the middle slit on the wavelength calibration is analyzed preliminarily.
