高职院校在我国整个高等教育中占了半壁江山,为社会输送了大量的人才,并受到社会和用人单位的欢迎。尤其在应用型人才培养模式的导向下,高职院校的学生技能水平相对要高,能很好的和企业所需对接,这也是高职生就业顺利的保障之一。目前,高职院校的师资建设遇到众多问题:高素质人才引进困难、实践水平低、结构失衡、科研水平低等。要从人才引进、培训、激励等多个方面综合采取相应措施。
