用原位加热X射线衍射方法测量了固溶态的Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金在不同温度下的X射线衍射谱,确定不同温度下该合金中存在物相。结果表明:实验合金在145℃以下基本不形成Ag-Mg原子团簇;合金在165~350℃存在Ag-Mg原子团簇,Ag-Mg原子团簇在250~350℃最为明显;合金在400℃时Ag-Mg原子团簇消失。TEM结果表明,165℃时效,合金组织由大量的Ω相和少量的θ′相组成,而在250℃时效,合金组织为Ω相,没有发现θ′相存在。分析表明:高温有助于Ag-Mg原子团簇存在,即高温时效有助于Ω相形核。
X-ray diffraction spectra of solid solution Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy at different temperatures were measured by in-situ heating X-ray diffraction to determine the phase in the alloy at different temperatures. The results show that the Ag-Mg atomic clusters are not formed at 145 ℃, the Ag-Mg atomic clusters exist at 165 ~ 350 ℃, and the Ag-Mg atomic clusters are most obvious at 250 ~ 350 ℃. -Mg atomic clusters disappear. The TEM results show that the alloy has a large number of Ω phases and a small amount of θ ’phases at 165 ℃. However, the alloy has a Ω phase at 250 ℃, and no θ’ phase is found. The analysis shows that high temperature contributes to the existence of Ag-Mg atomic clusters, that is, high temperature aging contributes to the formation of Ω phase nucleation.
