一、醍醐灌顶两宫相对起太极,松腕坠肘脚右移。翻转双掌轻前插,醍醐灌顶混三气。起式:自然站立,微蹲向右开步与肩齐,双手掌心、两肘对在身前,徐徐抬起与胸同高,吸气,掌心向上稍前插,十指相对旋掌下按至小腹处,以肘带掌贴身两边抹开,呼气。碾掌,翻掌指尖朝上,两边向上抱起,先看右手再看左手,吸气。两掌抬至头顶,十指相对,灌顶下压,眼看前方一米处, 呼气。(图1-9)
