目的:总结饮食干预治疗儿童缺铁性贫血的临床效果,寻找最佳治疗手段。方法:资料选自2013年1月-2014年7月期间在本社区医院接受治疗的102例儿童缺铁性贫血病人,随机划分成两个组。对照组51例研究对象接受常规对症治疗,实验组51例研究对象接受饮食干预治疗方案,并对比及分析两组研究对象的总铁结合力、血常规以及血清铁等指标。结果:两组研究对象在各项临床指标间的比较差异较为显著(P<0.05)。结论:饮食干预治疗儿童缺铁性贫血的临床效果十分显著,可以提升病人生存质量,值得推广。
Objective: To summarize the clinical effect of dietary intervention on iron deficiency anemia in children and find the best treatment. METHODS: The data were selected from 102 children with iron-deficiency anemia who were treated in our community hospital between January 2013 and July 2014 and were randomly divided into two groups. Fifty-one subjects in the control group received routine symptomatic treatment, and 51 subjects in the experimental group were treated with dietary interventions. The total iron binding capacity, blood routine and serum iron were compared between the two groups. Results: There was significant difference between the two groups in all clinical indexes (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of diet intervention on iron deficiency anemia in children is very significant, which can improve the quality of life of patients and is worth promoting.
