精度是衡量海洋仪器性能的重要指标之一,它直接关系到所获取资料的可信程度。所以,不论仪器研制生产和海上调查部门,还是资料整理和资料使用部门对于精度都极为重视,然而海洋工作者对于仪器的精度却是说法不一,要求不同,存在着一定的混乱。有的对精度的涵义认识不一致,往往用不同的误差形式表示精度,也有的不分仪器种类和使用条件一律追求统一的精度。为此,解决海洋仪器的精度问题越来越显得迫切,当前海洋工作者正在对精度问题展开了热烈的讨论。
Accuracy is one of the most important indicators to measure the performance of marine instruments. It is directly related to the credibility of the obtained data. Therefore, no matter whether the equipment is researched and produced by the maritime investigation department, or the data collation and data utilization departments attach great importance to the accuracy, the ocean workers have different opinions on the accuracy of the instruments. The requirements are different and there is some confusion. Some understanding of the meaning of accuracy is inconsistent, often with different forms of error accuracy, and some regardless of the type of instrument and the conditions of the pursuit of uniform accuracy. Therefore, it is more and more urgent to solve the precision problem of marine instruments. At present, the ocean workers are discussing the accuracy problems.
