世界贸易组织总干事穆尔8月11日在新西兰首都惠灵顿表示,中国入世是世贸组织最优先的课题,中国能否顺利加入世贸组织,比召开新一轮多边贸易谈判更重要。穆尔说,在37场中国需要进行的市场准入协定谈判中,除墨西哥、瑞士外,中国已完成了35场双边谈判。有报道说,世贸部分成员为延迟中国入世,推动新一轮多边贸易谈判,穆尔不认为中国人世前举行新一轮多边贸易谈判是合适之举。 Moore, the director general of the World Trade Organization, said in New Zealand’s capital of Wellington on August 11 that China’s accession to the WTO is the top priority of the WTO.
