在电弧物理和光谱学原理的基础上,利用研制的焊接电弧紫外光谱计算机采集与处理系统,对TIG 焊电弧紫外光谱进行了研究。获得了不同焊接规范下的电弧紫外光谱频域分布特征和特定谱线的时间分布特征。结果表明:电弧紫外光谱的频域分布特征为连续光谱背景下的线光谱,焊接规范不同,紫外光谱的分布及幅值会有所不同,随着焊接电流的增大,产生波长更短的紫外谱线。在被测波段(205~280nm) 内,得到了一些比较分立的谱线,其中FeII255 .50 ,其幅值大、线形及重现性好,以FeII255 .50nm 为特定谱线,测得TIG 焊电弧的紫外辐射在时间上为定常分布。从而为利用电弧光谱信息和研究焊接物理过程提供了一定的基础。
Based on the principles of arc physics and spectroscopy, the welding arc ultraviolet (UV) spectroscopy computer acquisition and processing system was developed, and the TIG welding arc UV spectra were studied. The characteristics of frequency distribution of arc ultraviolet spectrum and the time distribution of specific spectral lines under different welding specifications were obtained. The results show that the frequency spectrum of arc ultraviolet spectrum is the line spectrum under the background of continuous spectrum. The welding specifications are different and the distribution and amplitude of ultraviolet spectrum will be different. With the increase of welding current, the ultraviolet Spectral line. In the measured band (205 ~ 280nm), get some more discrete spectral lines, including FeII255. 50, its amplitude is large, linear and reproducible, with FeII255. 50nm for a specific line, measured TIG arc welding UV radiation in the time for the steady distribution. This provides a basis for using arc spectral information and studying the welding physics.
