目的:研究引导式教育疗法对脑性瘫痪(CP)患儿的临床治疗作用。方法:30例符合入选标准的脑性瘫痪患儿按就诊时间、性别,分为观察组(引导式教育加综合康复治疗)和对照组(综合康复治疗),连续治疗4个月。治疗前和治疗结束后分别进行粗大运动功能量表评估。结果:结果:引导式教育观察组粗大运动功能量表评分明显高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:结论:引导式教育能促进脑性瘫痪患儿功能恢复。
Objective: To study the clinical therapeutic effect of guided educational therapy on children with cerebral palsy (CP). Methods: Thirty children with cerebral palsy who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group (guided education plus comprehensive rehabilitation treatment) and control group (comprehensive rehabilitation treatment) according to the time and gender of treatment. The patients were continuously treated for 4 months. Before treatment and after the end of treatment were assessed gross motor function scale. Results: Results: The scores of gross motor scale in the guided education observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Conclusion: Guided education can promote functional recovery in children with cerebral palsy.
