一九四三年十一月生,浙诸暨人。一九六七年毕业于浙江大学机械系。工作后担任过工厂领导。八三年后,历任县长、交通厅厅长。学生时代开始就爱好书法、篆刻。书法喜习柳、二王。从九十年代学习篆刻,法效秦汉和明清诸大家作品,现为中国书法家协会会员、浙江省书法家协会顾问、西泠印社社员、中国市长书画院院士。作品曾获首届全国市长书法大奖赛优秀奖,人选首届全国书法艺术节百名 Born in November 1943, Zhejiang Zhuji. 1967 graduated from Zhejiang University Department of Mechanical Engineering.
