变色酸双偶氮胂酸类试剂测定稀土元素已有文献报导,但用〔2—(2—胂酸苯偶氮)-7-(2,6′-溴-4′-氯苯偶氮)-1,8-二羟基-3,6-二磺酸萘)〕(简称DBC-偶氮胂)作显色剂的文章还不多,且对题述所测元素仅作了简单介绍。 本文对钇,钆或镧-DBC-偶氮胂体系作了系统的实验研究。结果表明,该法显色迅速,络合物稳定性高、重现性好,选择性较高和操作简便。现已用于直接测定二元银合金中微量钇、钆或镧,结果令人满意。 一、仪器及主要试剂 东德VSU-2P分光光度计;钇、钆、镧标准溶液各为1.5、1.0、1.0mg/ml,用时配成7.5、10、10μg/ml;DBC-偶氮胂溶液(0.05%)。
