现阶段事业单位在发展过程中最急需解决的问题之一就是如何根据绩效考核结果建立并完善薪酬管理制度。因此,根据事业单位工作人员的真实表现和工作成绩进行绩效薪酬的分发是十分科学且公正的,只有建立起公平公正、适宜事业单位发展的薪酬管理机制才能够激发事业单位工作人员的工作热情,提高办事效率。本文通过简要分析现阶段绩效考核和薪酬管理方面存在的问题提出了相应的解决方法。
