研究了在双基推进剂中添加高能物质HMX的HMX/CMDB(复合改性双基)推进剂每单位质量所含能量对燃速的影响。用套罩式药条燃烧器研究了燃烧波结构。在双基推进剂中添加HMX时,最终火焰温度增加,燃速下降。明确了最终火焰温度对燃速没有直接的影响。与此同时暗区温度下降,这是因为增加HMX质量比时,燃烧表面的反应热减少,沸腾区内的反应变慢。暗区温度越高燃速越高,表示沸腾区内的反应加速,流向推进剂燃烧表面的热流束增加,从而燃速增加。
The effect of energy per unit weight on the combustion rate of HMX / CMDB (complex modified bivdene) propellant with HMX added to the double base propellant was studied. The structure of the combustion wave was studied using a shroud lance burner. When HMX is added to the double base propellant, the final flame temperature increases and the burn rate decreases. It is clear that the final flame temperature has no direct effect on the burning rate. At the same time, the temperature in the dark zone is decreased, because when the mass ratio of HMX is increased, the reaction heat at the combustion surface decreases and the reaction in the boiling zone becomes slow. The higher the dark zone temperature, the higher the combustion rate, indicating that the reaction in the boiling zone is accelerated and the heat flux to the combustion surface of the propellant increases, so that the burning rate increases.
