三、半导体热敏电阻热敏电阻是利用一些金属氧化物(半导体)按一定比例混合压制和烧结而成的固态感温器件。利用其电阻随温度变化而变化的特性测量温度。热敏电阻根据其温度系数的正负极性可分为正温度系数热敏电阻和负温度系数热敏电阻。热敏电阻的特点是有较高的灵敏度,即电阻随温度变化会有显著的变化,具有体积小、响应快(适合于快速测温)、使用寿命长、价格低等特点。
