学前教育发展对教师的履职能力提出了新的、更好的要求,作为新时期的幼儿教师,应当注重自身素质的锤炼与提高,更好地胜任本职工作。教师应当着重从四个方面入手提升综合素质:一是强化教学基本技能训练,提高业务扎实水平;二是注重教心学知识的学习,提高幼儿教育技巧;三是锻炼自我交流沟通能力,提高团队协作能力;四是开发整合教育教学资源,提高空间拓展程度。
The development of pre-school education has put forward new and better requirements for teachers’ ability to perform their duties. As a kindergarten teacher in the new era, they should pay attention to the training and improvement of their own qualities and be better capable of performing their duties. Teachers should focus on starting from four aspects to enhance the overall quality: First, to strengthen the training of basic skills in teaching and improve business solid level; Second, pay attention to teaching learning knowledge, improve early childhood education skills; Third, exercise self communication skills and improve the team Collaborative ability; Fourth, the development of integrated education and teaching resources, improve the degree of space expansion.
