目的研究伸筋草石油醚、氯仿及正丁醇提取物在DPPH法体外模型中的抗氧化作用及作用时间与清除率的关系。方法建立DPPH体系,采用HPLC法测定反应体系中DPPH变化,观察伸筋草各提取物不同时间对DPPH自由基的清除率。结果伸筋草各提取物对DPPH的清除均有抑制作用,且呈明显剂量–效应关系,其清除率随作用时间增长而增加。石油醚、氯仿及正丁醇提取物对DPPH的IC50分别为0.56、0.31、0.13 g/mL;结论伸筋草正丁醇提取物具有较强的清除自由基活性。
OBJECTIVE To study the antioxidative effect and the relationship between the time and clearance rate of the extracts of paraquat, chloroform and n-butanol in the in vitro model of DPPH. Methods The DPPH system was established. The changes of DPPH in the reaction system were determined by HPLC. The scavenging rates of DPPH free radicals in different extracts of Radix scutellariae were observed. Results All extracts of Scutellaria cordata had inhibitory effect on the scavenging of DPPH, and showed a dose-effect relationship. The scavenging rate increased with the increase of time. The IC50 of petroleum ether, chloroform and n-butanol extracts on DPPH were 0.56,0.31 and 0.13 g / mL, respectively. CONCLUSION The n-butanol extract of Sclater has strong scavenging free radical activity.
