随着我国加入WTO和改革开放的不断深入,我国社会主义市场经济体制逐渐完善。企业在发展的过程中也面临越来越激烈的竞争。而企业要想在竞争中立于不败之地,就必须要有核心竞争力。核心竞争力的培养离不开企业的管理。而人是生产要素中最重要的存在,因此,加强对人的管理是企业必须要认真对待的问题。绩效管理就是企业决胜于商场的重要武器,解决企业在绩效管理中存在的问题,完善绩效管理,激发员工工作积极性,培养员工的企业归属感,提高工作效率,降低生产成本,提高商品和服务质量,使企业走上健康发展的长远之道。本文立足于现阶段我国企业在绩效管理上存在的突出问题,提出了一些有建设性的意见和建议。
