目的比较用纯FSH/hCG或纯FSH/hCG/恒频磁共振治疗仪治疗黄素化未破裂卵泡综合征的疗效。方法80例随机分为A组(40例)和B组(40例)用不同的方案治疗,均监测卵泡发育、排卵和妊娠情况,并进行疗效比较。结果A组治疗后24例排卵,19例妊娠,2例发生OHSS(轻度);B组治疗后35例排卵,28例妊娠,1例发生OHSS(轻度)。结论B组排卵率和妊娠率均较A组高;OHSS发生率无明显差异。所以用CC/纯FSH/hCG/磁疗黄素化未破裂综合征是一种简单、安全、有效的方案。
Objective To compare the efficacy of pure FSH / hCG or pure FSH / hCG / constant frequency magnetic resonance apparatus in the treatment of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into group A (40 cases) and group B (40 cases). All the cases were treated with different regimens. The development of ovarian follicles, ovulation and pregnancy were monitored and compared. Results After treatment, 24 cases were ovulated, 19 cases were pregnant, and 2 cases had OHSS (mild). In group B, 35 cases were ovulated, 28 cases were pregnant, and 1 case had OHSS (mild). Conclusions The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in group B are higher than those in group A; there is no significant difference in the incidence of OHSS. So with CC / pure FSH / hCG / magnetic luteinized unruptured syndrome is a simple, safe and effective program.
