目的评价《循证护理学》课程设计及实施效果,为今后能更好开设循证护理相关课程提供参考。方法将65名2013级护理本科生(大二下学期)作为教学对象,课程结束之后,以作业形式进行考核,并对这65名同学进行问卷调查,评价课程的设计及教学效果。结果证据的分级及质量评价、系统评价和Meta分析,临床实践指南的评价和应用这些内容分别有55.38%、46.15%、47.69%的学生理解,大部分学生觉得通过这门课程的学习,提高了文献检索能力、评判性思维能力、科研能力、团队合作意识和分析问题的能力。结论《循证护理学》课程的开设提高了学生的综合能力,但是在课程的设计及教学内容的安排、教学方法的选择上还有待于进一步实践和探索。“,”Objective To evaluate the curriculum design and implementation effect of evidence-based nursing course, in order to provide reference for the further study of evidence-based nursing related courses. Methods The 65 in the class of 2013 undergraduate nursing students (2nd term) was the object of teaching, to assess students in the form of work and the questionnaire after the end of the course, for the evaluation of curriculum design and teaching effectiveness. Results The students who understand the grading and quality evaluation for evidence , systematic review and meta analysis, evaluation and application of clinical practice guidelines respectively accounts for 55.38%, 46.15%, 47.69%, most of the students think that through the course of learning, improve their literature retrieval ability, critical thinking ability, research ability, team cooperation consciousness and analyzing problem ability. Conclusion “Evidence based nursing” curriculum has improved the comprehensive ability of students, but in the curriculum design and teaching content arrangement, the choice of teaching methods, there are still to be further practice and exploration.
