当“去电信化”被正式写入电信运营商的议事日程的时候,对于传统运营商而言,“去电信化”是否意味着在新的形势下通信业务已经不再需要了呢?笔者认为并非如此!作为国家基础服务的通信业务仍然有其生存空间,通信业务的市场需求特征、公用事业属性以及多年来的市场化磨炼,决定了它不会轻易衰亡,实际上目前很多互联网服务提供商在提供信息娱乐服务的同时也在向通信业务领域进军。因此,“去电信化”并非简单的抛弃,而是“哲学意义上的‘扬弃’”。和新兴的互联网企业相比较,传统电信运营商有天然的优势,要做的就是如何以更市场化的方式来挖掘这些基因和资源的价值,把互联网基因和电信基因有机结合,激发企业活力。

Therefore, “de-telecomsization” is not a simple abandonment, but a “sublation” in the philosophical sense. Compared with the emerging Internet companies, the traditional telecom operators have the natural advantage. What they need to do is how to tap the value of these genes and resources in a more market-oriented way, and organically integrate the Internet genes and telecom genes to stimulate the vitality of the enterprise.
