一、协调好与机关领导的关系,争取一个良好的工作环境。机关领导是机关各项工作的决策者和管理者。档案工作是机关工作的一个重要组成部分,同样应受到领导的重视和关心。通常情况下,一些单位的领导事务性工作较多,头绪繁杂,需要档案人员采取措施。通过各种形式,协调好机关档案工作与领导之间的关系,主动争取领导的重视与支持。一是档案工作人员应及时向综合部门领导和分管领导汇报档案工作情况,使领导了解档案工作中遇到的问题
First, coordinate well with the leadership of the organs, strive for a good working environment. Institutional leadership is the decision makers and managers of various work departments.
