经济欠发达地区职业学校开展校企合作难度较大,勉强找到的合作企业大都集中在长三角、环渤海等经济发达区域,不便于学校跟踪服务,也很难保障实习学生专业对口。应积极转换思路,由学校注册成立公司,引进社会企业进驻校园,组成校企联合体,学校提供场地器材,企业进行管理运营,就近解决实训教学和顶岗实习问题,免除学生赴外花销。企业充分利用国家投资的现代化设备提高经济效益,学生在真实的生产实践中提高技能,实现多方共赢。
In the underdeveloped areas, vocational schools are more difficult to carry out the cooperation between school and enterprises. Most of the cooperative enterprises that they barely find are mainly located in economically developed areas such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Rim, which are not convenient for school tracking service and difficult to guarantee the professional counterparts for interns. Should actively change ideas, registered by the school set up companies, the introduction of social enterprises stationed in the campus, the formation of a school-enterprise consortium, schools provide venue equipment, business management operations, the nearest real training and internships to solve practical problems, to avoid student spending. Enterprises take full advantage of the state investment in modern equipment to improve economic efficiency, students in real production practice to improve their skills and achieve multi-win-win situation.
