采用改进的溶胶-凝胶方法制备了掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd∶YAG)纳米粉体,利用XRD对所制粉体进行了表征,结果表明当煅烧温度达到900℃时,粉体已经全部转变为Nd∶YAG晶相。同时,采用TG-DTA和FTIR对干凝胶进行了表征。经单轴单向预压成型后,将生坯体放入热压烧结炉中进行无压真空(10-3Pa)烧结,于1 750℃保温10 h,最后得到Nd∶YAG透明陶瓷。实验过程中,使用了适量的正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)作为烧结助剂。
The neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Nd: YAG) nano-powders were prepared by a modified sol-gel method. The powders were characterized by XRD. The results showed that when the calcining temperature reached 900 ℃, Into Nd: YAG crystal phase. At the same time, xanthan gum was characterized by TG-DTA and FTIR. After uniaxial uniaxial preforming, the green body is placed in a hot-pressing sintering furnace for sintering under no pressure vacuum (10-3Pa) and is kept at 1 750 ℃ for 10 hours to obtain a Nd:YAG transparent ceramic. During the experiment, an appropriate amount of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) was used as a sintering aid.
