在葡萄糖大输液的生产过程中,为使5-HMF(?)-羟甲糠醛)含量不超过规定范围(吸收度 A<0.32);又能达到较彻底灭菌的目的,符合规定的灭菌当量(F_0>8),我们选取了部分影响5-HMF吸收度的因素,用多元回归分析进行处理,比较增减5-HMF 吸收度(5-HMF 量变)的主因素;找出了5-HMF 吸收度与影响其因素的函数关系,并以此为基础预测5-HMF 的含量。1 仪器WZZ-1型自动旋光仪(上海第二分析仪器厂);PHS-3型酸度计;SS-12型单扉卧式消毒柜(上海医疗器械厂);岛津 UV-240型紫外分光光度计。
