Binzhou City, in combination with the actual work of local townships (subdistrict offices), carried out the reform of township organizations in the city in 2010 on the basis of extensive survey of the current situation of the offices and agencies in towns and villages. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the reform of township and town institutions in Binzhou, discuss the difficulties, problems and experiences in the process of reform, and put forward countermeasures to provide useful reference for deepening the system of township administration and improving the establishment and management of grass-roots institutions.
