Wistar大鼠重度失血性休克模型制备影响因素的研究

目的探讨Wistar大鼠重度失血性休克模型制备的影响因素。方法 70只雄性Wistar大鼠,体质量为180~220 g,麻醉后经股动脉放血40%制备重度失血性休克模型,对放血后存活大鼠动脉血中pH、PaO2、PaCO2三项指标进行正态性分析,获得其分布规律,随后计算95%参考值范围,再将所有实验大鼠按照三项指标是否均在参考值范围内分为符合组(n=61)和不符合组(n=9),通过连续校正的2检验对两组大鼠的存活与否进行分析,最后通过多重logistic回归方法分析三项指标与存活与否的相关性。结果经统计学分析发现,两组Wistar大鼠的pH值、PaO2、PaCO2值均呈偏态分布。通过计算获得存活大鼠三项指标的95%参考值范围:pH(7.30~7.59),PaO2(73~110)mmHg,PaCO2(32~50)mmHg。符合组(80.33%)与不符合组(33.33%)存活率相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中pH值、PaCO2的交互作用与存活相关性较高。结论在重度失血性休克模型的制备中,符合组pH(7.30~7.59),PaO2(73~110)mmHg,PaCO2(32~50)mmHg范围的Wistar大鼠相对于不符合组更易于存活,制备成功率更高。其中,pH值、PaCO2的交互作用对存活与否影响更大。 Objective To investigate the influential factors of preparation of severe hemorrhagic shock model in Wistar rats. Methods Seventy male Wistar rats, weighing 180-220 g, were anesthetized and perfused with 40% bleed to prepare a model of severe hemorrhagic shock. There was significant difference (P <0.01) between survival rate of coincidence group (80.33%) and non-coincidence group (33.33%), in which pH value and PaCO2 interaction were highly correlated with survival. Conclusion In the preparation of severe hemorrhagic shock model, Wistar rats that fit the range of pH (7.30 ~ 7.59), PaO2 (73 ~ 110) mmHg and PaCO2 (32 ~ 50) mmHg were more likely to survive than the non- Higher success rate.
