用双抗夹心ELISA法测定了53例小儿肺炎血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)水平。发现其水平(858300±82470U/L)明显高于健康对照组(455670±24130U/L),增高达1.88倍。其中支气管肺炎、毛细支气管炎、新生儿肺炎三者之间sIL-2R水平无显著性差异。提示血清中高浓度的sIL-2R可能是引起小儿肺炎患者细胞免疫低下的重要因素之一
Serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R) levels were measured in 53 pediatric pneumonia patients by sandwich ELISA. Found that the level (858300 ± 82470U / L) was significantly higher than the healthy control group (455670 ± 24130U / L), an increase of up to 1.88 times. The bronchial pneumonia, bronchiolitis, neonatal pneumonia between the three levels of sIL-2R no significant difference. Suggesting that high concentrations of serum sIL-2R may be one of the important factors that cause cellular immunity in children with pneumonia
