In this paper the Chinese medicine theory was combined with the biochemical characteristics of the body function evaluation during exercise training,and the effects of three sorts of Chinese drugs were approached. The results showed that different Chinese drugs improved the metabolic function of the body from different sides. Chinese drugs for invigorating the spleen and activating blood circulation improved the decreased immunity due to exercise training.
