对8年生群众杨改良各无性生长性状的遗传规律进行了研究,结果表明:群众杨40×美杨的F1杂种无性系81—100、81—5、81—54、81—57,群众杨40×P15AF1杂种无性系28—150,欧黑×群众杨(营口)F1杂种无性系74—78等系号表现了较强的杂种优势,可与群众杨平行在“三北”半干旱地区推广应用。参试无性系中,树高和胸径遗传力随着树龄的增加而呈减小的趋势。28组合全同胞无性系7年生时树高和胸径生长性状的差异对总变异的贡献率占主导地位,分别为59.7%和57.8%。81组合全同胞无性系,4~7年生树高的遗传力为0.8964~0.9229。依据幼龄林木生长量进行的早期选择不可靠,28—116、28—440、28—173、29—92属于早期速生型,可作为短轮伐品种推广应用。
The genetic rules of 8-year-old poplar improved asexual growth traits were studied. The results showed that F1 hybrid clones 81-100,81-5,81-54,81-57 and populace 40 × P15AF1 hybrid clones 28-150, Europe black × populace (Yingkou) F1 hybrid clones 74-78 and other lines showed strong heterosis, with the populace Yang popularization in the “Three North” semi-arid areas . In the clones tested, the heritability of tree height and DBH tended to decrease with the increase of tree age. The contribution of the differences of tree height and DBH traits to the total variation at the 7-year-old of the all-sibling full-sib model clones was 59.7% and 57.8%, respectively. 81 combination of sibling clones, 4 to 7-year-old tree heritability of 0.8964 ~ 0.9229. The early selection based on the growth of young trees is unreliable. 28-116,28-440,28-173,29-92 belongs to the early quick-growing type and can be popularized and applied as short-rotation varieties.
