目的:观察硝苯啶治疗原发性高血压患者(EH)后对血清甲状旁腺素(PTH)和血浆内皮素(ET)的影响。方法:采用放射免疫分析方法对41例EH和35例正常对照组血清PTH和血浆ET含量的测定。结果:治疗前PTH和ET含量均较对照组明显增加(P<0.01~0.001);PTH与平均动脉压(MAP)、ET与MAP及PTH与ET之间均呈明显的正相关(r值分别为0.69、0.76和0.65,P值均<0.01)。用硝苯啶治疗14d后,PTH和ET均明显降低(P<0.01~0.001)。结论:PTH和ET可能参与了高血压的发生过程
Objective: To observe the effects of nifedipine on serum parathyroid hormone (PTH) and plasma endothelin (ET) in patients with essential hypertension (EH). Methods: The contents of serum PTH and plasma ET in 41 cases of EH and 35 cases of normal control group were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: The contents of PTH and ET before treatment were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01-0.001). There was a significant positive correlation between PTH and mean arterial pressure (MAP), ET, MAP, PTH and ET (R values were 0.69,0.76 and 0.65 respectively, P <0.01). After treatment with nifedipine for 14 days, PTH and ET were significantly decreased (P <0.01 ~ 0.001). Conclusion: PTH and ET may be involved in the pathogenesis of hypertension
