砂芯通常是用射砂的方法来制造的。随着计算机技术以及流体力学理论的发展 ,使得对射砂过程进行数值模拟成为可能。对射砂过程进行数值模拟时 ,芯盒入口处的砂流和气流的速度是必不可少的初始条件之一。本文利用高速摄影的方法 ,对射砂过程的初始条件进行了研究 ,得到了砂流在射入芯盒时的初速度。根据空气动力学原理 ,利用皮托管测量了芯盒入口处的气流速度。结果表明 ,射砂孔位置的气流和砂流速度有显著差别。本文的研究结果为准确地进行射砂过程数值模拟提供了可靠的依据
Sand cores are usually made by shot blasting. With the development of computer technology and fluid mechanics theory, it is possible to simulate the sand injection process. When simulating the sand injection process, the sand flow at the inlet of the core box and the velocity of the gas flow are one of the necessary initial conditions. In this paper, high-speed photography method was used to study the initial conditions of sand injection process, and the initial velocity of sand flow was obtained when it was injected into the core box. According to the aerodynamic principle, the pitot tube was used to measure the air velocity at the inlet of the core box. The results show that there is a significant difference between the sand flow velocity and the jet sand location. The results of this paper provide a reliable basis for accurate numerical simulation of sand injection process
