设计了一种新型快速预混合预蒸发模型喷嘴。数值研究了喷嘴的不同内部结构设计对掺混效率、液滴平均蒸发时间、传热传质和总压损失等性能的影响规律。内设环肋和凹槽都有强化喷嘴内的油/气混合和传热传质作用;只增加环肋和凹槽个数不能继续改善喷嘴性能反而增加总压损失;环肋/凹槽组合结构的性能相对较好。这为实现燃烧室的HiTAC预混燃烧方式提供了依据。
A new type of rapid pre-mixing pre-evaporation model nozzle was designed. The effects of different internal structures of nozzles on performance such as blending efficiency, average evaporation time of droplets, heat and mass transfer and total pressure loss were studied numerically. The inner ring rib and the groove all have the function of enhancing the oil / gas mixing and heat and mass transfer in the nozzle; only increasing the number of the ring ribs and the groove can not continue to improve the nozzle performance but increase the total pressure loss; The performance of the structure is relatively good. This provides a basis for achieving HiTAC premixed combustion in the combustion chamber.
