采用端羟基聚醚腈(HPEC),甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),1,4-丁二醇和三乙醇胺(TEA)为主要原料制备了聚醚腈型阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了制备过程中对水性聚氨酯乳液性能的影响因素。实验结果表明,三乙醇胺对乳液的稳定性影响很大,采用该工艺制备的聚醚腈型阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液具有良好的贮存稳定性,且涂膜的机械性能良好;当聚醚腈型阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液和固化剂的质量比在100∶6到75∶6之间时,产品的强度最好。
Polyether nitrile type cationic aqueous polyurethane emulsion was prepared by using HPEC, TDI, 1,4-butanediol and triethanolamine (TEA) as the main raw materials. The influencing factors on the properties of aqueous polyurethane emulsions during preparation were discussed. The experimental results show that triethanolamine has a great influence on the stability of the emulsion. The polyether nitrile cationic aqueous polyurethane emulsion prepared by the process has good storage stability and the mechanical properties of the coating film are good. When the polyether nitrile type cationic water-based The strength of the product is best when the mass ratio of polyurethane emulsion to hardener is between 100: 6 and 75: 6.
