随着经济的不断发展,以胜任力模型为基础的人力资源管理体系取代传统人力资源管理体系而迅速发展并趋于完善,但是,传统的胜任力模型的构建也存在部分问题有待解决,如今互联网与大数据的广泛应用,使得构建胜任力模型中出现的部分问题找到了解决方案。本文构建了数据资源处理框架,将大数据应用于构建胜任力模型中,有效的改善了胜任力模型的构建方法。
With the constant development of economy, human resources management system based on competency model has been replaced by the traditional human resources management system and developed rapidly and tends to be perfect. However, there are some problems to be solved in building the traditional competency model. Nowadays the Internet With the wide application of big data, some solutions to the problems that emerged in the construction of competency model have been found out. This article constructs the framework of data resource processing, applies big data to construct competency model and effectively improves the method of constructing competency model.
