最近几年来,我国房地业作为一个新兴的产业先是在沿海城市后又在内地城市迅猛发展。但从目前的形势来看,它还远未成为我国国民经济发展的一个重要的支柱产业。这表明在今后相当长的一个时期内,国家还须对房地产业采取发展的方针。因此,对房地产业实行宏观调控,将是国家的一个长期任务。我以为至关重要的是国家要从全局和长远利益出发,确立房地产市场宏观调控目标以及实现这些目标的法律措施。为
In recent years, China’s real estate industry as a new industry first developed rapidly in the coastal cities and in the Mainland cities. However, judging from the current situation, it is far from becoming an important pillar industry in the national economy of our country. This shows that for a considerable period of time in the future, the state still needs to adopt a policy of development for the real estate industry. Therefore, the macro-control of the real estate industry will be a long-term national task. I think it is of the utmost importance for the state to set the goal of macroeconomic regulation and control of the real estate market and the legal measures to achieve these goals in the light of overall interests and long-term interests. for
