糖尿病心肌病是致糖尿病患者心脏功能不全的糖尿病重要心血管并发症之一,近年来得到越来越多学者的关注。其发病机制目前尚不清楚,重要的病理改变主要表现为细胞外基质蛋白尤其是胶原的累积。这种病理改变的机制包括细胞外基质的产生过度、降解减少以及细胞外基质蛋白构型的改变。高糖则对这种病理改变有直接或间接的促进作用。现就目前糖尿病时细胞外基质重塑的相关研究做一综述。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is one of the major cardiovascular complications of diabetes caused by heart failure in patients with diabetes. In recent years, it has attracted more and more scholars’ attention. Its pathogenesis is not yet clear, the important pathological changes mainly manifested as accumulation of extracellular matrix proteins, especially collagen. Mechanisms of this pathological change include excessive production of the extracellular matrix, reduced degradation, and altered extracellular matrix protein configuration. High glucose on the pathological changes have a direct or indirect role in promoting. Now on the current diabetes extracellular matrix remodeling related research to do a review.
